Ice Cream Recipe

I’ve spent my entire life(up until the last few months of course) eating and absolutely loving dairy products especially ice cream. I mean who doesn’t love ice cream?!

It is simply the way to a girls heart! Unless you’re lactose intolerant, in which that case I honestly feel sorry for you and your deprived taste buds.

No worries! There is an entire demographic dedicated to leading a pure vegan lifestyle/diet and thanks to them I was able to gather some idea’s and eventually create this masterpiece of indulgence…

Ingredients

“Ice Cream”

3 Frozen Bananas

4 Prunes (pitted dates work too)

1 tsp Coconut Oil

2 Tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder

4 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk

Throw it all into a blender until thick and creamy.

I use the Vitamix it’s the BEST, trust!

“Chocolate Caramel” Sauce

1/4 cup Honey

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Stir together in a jar/milk pot (basically, any dish with a spout or you could just use a spoon to drizzle who cares anyway..)

Viola!
